In this case our client had worked as a lagger for Newalls Insulation Company Limited and had been negligently exposed to asbestos at work.  Years later when he was still only in his 60's he was diagnosed with mesothelioma.

He died before his claim was completed; therefore Eamonn continued to fight the claim on behalf of the client's widow.

He had to issue Court proceedings to obtain a fair sum in damages for her.

Asbestos-related lung cancer

In this case our client had worked on a dockyard during his early working life and had been negligently exposed to asbestos by his employers.  He went on to develop pleural plaques and then terminal lung cancer caused by exposure to asbestos.

Unfortunately he died before his compensation was recovered but after his death, Eamonn was successful in obtaining damages for his widow.
