Accident at Work

In this case, our client worked in a food preparation area which was a very small space.  While working, our client suffered a stab wound to his arm from a colleague working nearby, which when healed left considerable scarring.

The insurance company of the employers refused to settle the personal injury claim and Laura had to issue proceedings.  In the end, the insurers decided to settle the claim for damages before the case was heard in court.

Injured at Work by Machine

Our client in this case was at work when he was asked to use a machine he had never used before.  He had not received any training on how to operate the machine and when he started working on it, he injured his hand, arm and shoulder.
